David B. Jai is an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and advocate for personal growth. He is a veteran of the United States Navy, a proud college graduate, having obtained a major in psychology and minor in sociology from Purdue University. Additionally, he holds a Masters of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Midwest Theological Institute and an MBA from Western Governors University. In recognition of his exceptional commitment to community service, David was awarded an Honorary PhD for his contributions in this realm. This prestigious recognition highlights his dedication to making a positive impact and serving others selflessly.
As a debut novelist, David has captivated readers with his groundbreaking book, "As I Am," which explores the struggles of a young man in search of love and acceptance. This powerful story has garnered rave reviews, touching the hearts of many.

In addition to his achievements in the literary world, David is an active member of esteemed organizations such as the American Association of Christian Counselors, the Black African American Association of Christian Counselors, Psi Chi - International Honor Society, and Salute - a national honor society for veterans. His military service in the United States Navy, along with his involvement in the American Legion, highlights his commitment to service and excellence.
Amidst his many accomplishments, David remains grounded as a survivor, drawing strength from his experiences and inspiring others to persevere. He cherishes his role as a father to two children and splits his time between Indianapolis, Indiana, and his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
